Cancellations I understand life happens sometimes! Cancellations need to be done with 24hr notice. After the first offense a deposit will be required to book any further appointments REFUND POLICY I do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify me within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction and are made available to you at no cost only with in the two days of the initial service.Business Hours
